Sizes

• Small: Is the smallest cup. It’s the perfect choice for teenagers, petite users or those who prefer a ‘mini’ tampon.
• Medium: Is a ‘one size fits most’ menstrual cup. We recommend it for users under 35 – regardless of whether they have had children or not.
• Large: Is best for those over 35 who feel their pelvic floor is not what it used to be.

Cleaning

Once your period has finished, it is recommended that you sterilise your Hello Cup either by using sterilisation tablets or giving it a quick boil on the stove (just don’t let the bottom touch the bottom of the pan!)
